He was born on 5 December 1905 in Bochnia and died on 23 August 1968 in Koszalin. In the interwar period, he was involved with National Democratic circles associated and was among the leaders of the National Party. He contributed, among others, to the Słowo Narodowe [“National Voice”] and Kurier Lwowski [“Lviv Courier”] magazines. He took part in the September 1939 defensive campaign in the rank of second lieutenant. He left Poland via Hungary and subsequently travelled to Scotland via Italy and France. He wrote articles for Myśl Polska [“Polish Thought”] and Dziennik Polski i Dziennik Żołnierza [“The Polish Daily & Soldier's Daily”]. He was one of the leaders of the émigré National Party. He published, among other things, a brochure entitled Freedom of the Press in Poland (1946) and Podstawy ideowe oraz niektóre zasady ustrojowe Stronnictwa Narodowego [“Ideological basis and some political principles of the National Party”] (1950). In 1951, he moved to the United States. There, he worked for the National Committee for a Free Europe and edited the weekly Wiadomości z Polski i o Polsce [“News from Poland and about Poland”]. He died while on holidays in Poland.
